This time T.I has apparently served her with some papers that getting people talking. The Jasmine Brand reports that  T.I has filed a counter-suit against Tiny in response to their divorce filing.  According to the documents, T.I has countered Tiny’s request for health insurance;  primary custody of their children, and the usual in such divorce filings.
Meanwhile, reps for Tiny declined to comment on the proceedings citing privacy of the family.
