Ahead of her release from prison, Chelsea Manning, is stunning the world

This Wednesday, government secret-leaker Chelsea Manning is a free woman. Manning,  was “commuted” under President Obama’s last minute decision to do so such.  Manning ‘s release came as one of the final acts of kindness done on behalf of Obama, although, people are still trying to grasp the thought that it actually happened.

“I was feeling that her life was in jeopardy and she wasn’t going to survive much longer,” says another attorney, Chase Strangio of the ACLU. “The years of trauma that were building up was such that another year seemed difficult to imagine.”

Manning ‘s released is expected to be discussed around the world tomorrow.
