“It’ll bring new challenges to the safety of everyday Americans” Carney said to the Times. Â Furthermore, at a Cyber Security conference in New York City, Secretary of State zjohn Kerry claimed that ISIS had been driven out of large portions of its territories in Syria and Iraq.
