WASHINGTON — Â In a small Maryland suburb of Washington D.C, the scene at a local home could be described as “horrifying”. Â Prince George County’s police department confirmed Friday night that 3 children all girls, and, under the age of 10 were found with “extensive and violent injuries to their persons” Â leading investigators to cite that they had been gruesomely murdered. As of this writing, Â no suspects have been found.
While not formally declared murders, Â officers who preferred to remain anonymous say that “the scene definitely appears to be a murder. How; who, or what remains unknown”.
According to a press conference held Friday evening, Â an adult family member reportedly found the children in the home. Â The names of the children or their parents have not been publicly released by the county police department.
