That girl has  not been publicly identified, but, according to Louisville authorities her family and mother Holly King has filed suits against local school district.    Wave 3 obtained documents from a lawsuit on behalf of King who claims that she wasn’t told that her daughter was savagely attacked until 10 days after the attack.
UPDATE:  After the publication of this video, we, have learned that the girls  seen in this video are students at Crosby Middle School in Louisville. The video was apparently shot by another girl who attempted to “jump” the  victim also seen in the video.  The attack happened last Monday, but, video and notification to the parents only recently occurred.
The school district hung up the phone when contacted by The Daily News.
