So much so that the Office of Government Ethics has apparently come forth in a newly retrieved letter slamming the WH over Trump’s failure to punish Conway.

Earlier this month, it emerged that Conway had been caught on numerous occasions plugging Ivanka’s fashion line. A move that is in clear and total violation of ethics rules in Washington. The issue? Trump himself has refused to order the punishment of Conway as his administration has made it clear rules don’t apply to them.
