LONDON — Buckingham Palace has confirmed that Queen Elizabeth, 90,  will step down officially at the end of the year (tomorrow)  as the patron of more than 20 national organizations across the country.   The move follows similar sentiments from her husband, who, turned 90 in 2011.    The organizations will take other members of the royal family on as patrons as the Queen continues into her advanced years.

In other news, the Queen’s health still largely remains a mystery as Buckingham Palace has kept the Queen hidden away for more than 11 days.   Nobody has seen the Queen since before Christmas,  sparking, what have now become rumors that the Queen of England has died.
