LONDON — Sajid Javid, a secretary, has apparently announced that council taxes are preparing to see a raise. The raise in council taxes comes amid a gaping hole in funding for social care.  Sources similar to those that spoke to the Sunday Times confirmed that the raise will incur more than 90GBP in raises.
