Uber is facing some pretty hefty charges in the latest round of allegations against the ride-sharing giant. According to lawsuit documents obtained by The Daily News, an onslaught of former employees have come forth accusing the ride sharing company of abusing the access that they have to customer data (not to mention the fact they’re tracking your phones 5 minutes after your ride ends).

The lawsuit claims that Uber “allows pretty much anybody access to customer; celebrity, and politician data”.  This means, that, per the suit, former employees are “using this information to stalk celebrities and ex/boyfriends/girlfriends”.  Uber, viciously denies the claims although they appear to be valid based on some social media posts that appeared on Twitter Tuesday night.
