blessedALABAMA — An Alabama boarding school is in the headlines this weekend after an apparent massive sex-abuse ring was busted up Friday afternoon.   Local authorities say that at least 22 boys were removed from the Blessed Boys Academy.   State troopers and police officers who coordinated on the case say that the school was reportedly raided last weekend in Seminole.

State troopers note that students of the school apparently ran away from the school to nearby homes of neighbors to inform them of the abuse. So far, no charges are pending.  Police did say, however, that if and when a parent actually comes forward with their child — charges and an investigation will be opened.

In statements, the school denied any wrong doing citing that the claims have no “base” and were “made up by the children”.
