VIRGINIA — The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in America is finally gaining traction in one of its own mysteries. According to officials, a then 18-year-old victim of Gary Ridgeway has almost been identified.
With third party help pertaining to DNA tests on teeth and the like belonging to the woman, officials, are “confident” that “Jane Doe” has finally been identified.
Police would not confirm whether or not they’ve made any plausible identifications.
