BRAZIL — Â Brazil officially and formally has a new President. President Michael Temer is officially the newest leader of the troubled country, perhaps, just hours after the country deposed Dilma Rouseff as its leader. Â Brazil’s Senate voted to convict Rouseff of financial corruption 61-20 over allegations of taking illegal state loans to patch up troubled financial spots in the country, dating, as far back as 2014.
Temer, a conservative leader isn’t quite as into an easy job himself. Already swamped with new work; his own scandals, and er, a betrothed Senate — Brazil’s future remains uncertain.
