Ryan Lochte is a liar, and The Rio Police just solidified that

RIO —  Brazilian police have had it with Ryan Lochte’s lies about that apparent robbery at a convenience store in Rio Di Janeiro durin the Olympics. Accordin to officials,  Lochte, has formally been hit with  criminal complaints over his filin a false police report. Initially, Lochte, had claimed that he and a team of friends was robbed at point of a weapon durin a stop at a convenience store — it later came out that the story was entirely fabricated.

Lochte has since admitted that he was not robbed, and, that his lies were the result of intense intoxication. It appears all of this was come upon after Lochte and his buddies decided to trash a Rio bathroom.
