LOS ANGELES — In court Friday, Amber Heard, showed up before a judge with a battered and bruised face — Â indicating that she had been beaten by husband Johnny Depp. Â Now, per reports and court documents, Â Heard, has sought a restraining order against Depp.
In documents, Heard noted that the Saturday before her divorce filings — she was on the phone with a friend that evening. Â During that phone call, Depp “went on a rampage before assailing Heard, and chucking his iPhone at her face”. Â Â Heard, reportedly has video of the beating.
Depp left their residence before police arrived Saturday night, although, Heard declined to have Depp arrested that night and instead filed for divorce.
Johnny Depp’s rep refused to comment on the matter.
