Even when you’re Mexico’s first female President one is not immune to the many real fears women have across the country. According to reports, Sheinbaum (and it was caught on video) was sexually groped by a man who didn’t stop there.

Big scandal erupting in Mexico today. According to footage posted online, Mexican president Claudia Sheinbaum fell victim to a groper this week who even went as far to try and miss her. The shocking incident and the complete lack of respect for Sheinbaum has sparked nationwide backlash across Mexico.
Per the footage, a man approached her from behind as she walked through a crowd on Tuesday. After groping her he then tried to forcibly kiss her before the incident was shockingly caught on camera.
The incident sparked backlash in the country because of how pervasive violence against women is in the country. Swiftly thanks to Mexican authorities the man was arrested following the ordeal.
