Fresh off of a defeat in court the Trump Adminstration appears to actively be disregarding a restraining order. According to reports, 300 of California ‘s Guardspeople are headed for Portland after a judge in Portland said no to state troops being deployed into the state.

A battle is once again brewing over Donald Trump ‘s efforts to deploy servicemen and women against American citizens. According to the New York Times, Trump ‘s administration is actively disregarding a restraining order issued over the weekend that blocked his effort to deploy Oregon ‘s National Guard into Portland. Instead per the Times he will deploy upwards of 300 of California ‘s National Guard into the state.
Oregon maintains that Donald is overstepping his constitutional authority something he has heard before in previous rulings against his mass efforts.
