Diddy ‘s prostitution case is once again back in the news. According to a massive 189-page filing this week in court, prosecutors are seeking an 11 year sentence for Diddy in connection to his two-count conspiracy to transport to engage in prostitution. Prosecutors argued in their documents that throughout much of the reported crimes and the case today Diddy has not been remorseful for his actions, therefore, should be punished just like any ordinary person would be. Filed on Monday, it is the latest development in Diddy’s ongoing legal troubles.
Diddy was previously convicted of two violations of the Mann Act which outlaws interstate commerce in relation to acts of prostitution. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Friday.
