U.S restaurant chain Cracker Barrel is bringing Uncle Herschel back. According to reports, the chain announced on Tuesday that it is retiring its ‘modern’ logo:

Bazaar Mail & Globe reports that Cracker Barrel, widely known for its Uncle Herschel-style logo, is reverting to its original design. The move comes after intense backlash from conservative customers who felt that the chain was abandoning a part of its history.

“We thank our guests for sharing your voices and love for Cracker Barrel. We said we would listen, and we have. Our new logo is going away and our ‘Old Timer’ will remain,” Cracker Barrel said in a post on X.
