At Bazaar Daily News, we protect the integrity of our journalism while making it available for republication and syndication under specific licensing terms. This policy sets forth the rules, rights, and pricing structure for individuals, publishers, and organizations seeking to license our content.

1. Scope of Licensed Material

This policy applies to:

All original news articles, features, and opinion pieces published on Bazaar Daily News. Accompanying images, graphics, and media produced by Bazaar Daily News (unless otherwise credited to a third party). Archival articles, subject to availability.

Exclusions:

Wire content (e.g., AP, Reuters) or third-party syndicated work we publish is not available for relicensing. User-submitted content, unless explicitly marked as licensable.

2. Licensing Rights Granted

When purchasing a license, you are granted:

Reprint Rights – Ability to republish the article in print or digital formats. Syndication Rights – Ability to distribute to partner outlets (requires Premium or Enterprise license). Translation Rights – Available upon request with attribution.

Restrictions:

No alteration of the article’s meaning, tone, or facts. Proper credit must be given: “Originally published by Bazaar Daily News. © [Year] Bazaar Daily News. All rights reserved.” No resale or sublicensing unless Enterprise rights are purchased.

3. Pricing Structure

A. Single-Use License (one-time reprint in one publication/website)

Digital-only: $75 per article Print-only: $100 per article Combined digital + print: $150 per article

B. Premium License (multi-use, syndication to up to 5 partner outlets, 1-year term)

Flat Rate: $500 per article Includes translation rights (with credit).

C. Enterprise License (corporate & large-scale syndication)

Custom contracts starting at $2,500/month Unlimited articles (within agreed scope). Rights to redistribute to affiliates and license further under co-branding agreements.

D. Academic & Nonprofit Discounts

Eligible institutions may request 50% off standard rates, subject to approval.

4. Payment & Invoicing

All licenses must be prepaid unless an ongoing account is established. Payments accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Late payments may result in license suspension or revocation.

5. Duration of License

Single-use licenses expire upon publication. Premium licenses last 12 months. Enterprise licenses are governed by individual contracts.

6. Enforcement

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Bazaar Daily News content constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action. Bazaar Daily News reserves the right to revoke licenses for misuse.
