As Islamaphobia and outright dishonest attack ads target Zohran Mamdani frontrunner Andrew Cuomo of the race for New York City Mayor —  should be facing intensified scrutiny over his many past scandals. But deep pocketed interests including AIPAC would like New Yorkers to look the other way on those matters.

Not long ago,  Cuomo was accused of sexual assault by numerous women. He was also accused of covering up and aiding the concealment of nursing home deaths during the COVID-19 pandemic.   He is also a legacy member of the political elite as he and most of his family have been in politics for decades.

Cuomo’s time should be up. He’s had a run scandals aside it’s time to hand the keys to power to the next generation. Geriatric old men have run politics for far too long and that is how New York City and related ended up in its problems we have today.

Will New York City  push Cuomo out for good?  There is only days left before the Democratic primary where Mamdani and Cuomo lead the pack.
