In the years following the shocking downfall of FTX and everybody around it, Netflix has taken up scripts for the first and probably scandal-ridden TV series on its demise. According to reports, The Altruists will star Anthony Boyle as SBF and Julia Garner as Caroline Ellison.

With a brand new limited series produced by the Obamas, Netflix is taking on the scandalous story of Sam Bankman-Fried and the remarkable fall of FTX the crypto firm he ran prior to his federal arrest. According to The Guardian, the show will focus on “two hyper-smart, ambitious young idealists who tried to remake the global financial system in the blink of an eye – and then seduced, coaxed, and teased each other into stealing $8 billion”
