This week saw testimonies drop in the federal sex trafficking trial of  Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs that otherwise aren’t looking good for the disgraced hip hop star.  According to one testimony, he flew into a fit of rage after learning of Cassie ‘s relationship with Cudi but it got much worse that fateful night in December 2011.

The Lowdown

Capricorn Clark, a former assistant to  the disgraced star said in December 2011 that Combs ‘was on a mission’ of revene after learning that fellow rapper Kid Cudi was also dating Cassie.   Armed with a gun and fire power,   Combs allegedly attempted to force Clark to go with him to Cudi ‘s residence ‘to kill him’.    She also testified that after being ordered to get dressed as he was beating on her front door that night. ‘We’re going to kill this n—–‘.  He was allegedly armed with a gun when all of this was taking place.

At that point, Clark testified that she found out that Combs and a member of his security team had unlawfully entered the home of Cudi but he was not there.   The dramatic escalation of violence following this day according to the testimony should not be understated.  Three months later Clark informed a Bad Boy Records executive for the first time. ‘Puff kidnapped me with a gun’ she told the executive.

The jarring testimony at times jibes with prosecutors claims that Diddy ran nothing more than a criminal enterprise  while the heaad of  Bad Boy Records.
