New developoments in the federal case against Luigi Mangione the man accused of murdering UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

The Lowdown

According to reports, a federal grand jury has returned a 4 count indictment against accused CEO killer Luigi Mangione. The action lays out the iniitial framework for the death penalty to be sought against Mangione, some of which, the Trump Administration (particularly AG Pam Bondi) has stated the government will seek.

The charges include two counts of stalking and a firearms count.
