For the second time in recent memory, Sarah Palin is back in the courtroom trying to prove libel. According to reports, jury selection in the second libel trial began today.

Fallen political star Sarah Palin is back in the headlines once more. Eight years ago the New York Times published a less than glowing article claiming Palin’s rhetoric and as ammunition for a terrorist attack. Palin claims the editorial damaged her reputation and career.
The trial which is expected to last about two weeks will be overseen by Judge Jed S Rakoff.
