An NJ school teacher is once more making headlines following her initial arrest in June. According to a sprawling indictment, she has been identified as Allison Havemann-Niedrach, 43, a former teacher at Freehold Intermediate School.
The Lowdown

It gets worse.
In the same indictment, it is revealed that school officials first grew suspicious of Allison last June. Officials launched an investigation at the time after school staff reported seeing her ‘flirty’ with an 8th grade student and in some cases ‘was seen rubbing his back and leg.’
The child who has not been identified claimed to police at the time that nothing inappropriate happened — though the pupil’s phone later revealed the extent of their relationship.
People notes that she allegedly sent upwards of 25,000 text messages to the underage minor.
