And for the first time in company history will be an all-female flight. According to reports, the crew was chosen by Lauren Sanchez Bezos’ fiance.
The Lowdown
According to a news release, the next Blue Origin crew has been chosen. Per the release the crew includes TV host Gayle King, singer Katy Perry, former journalist and pilot Lauren Sanchez, Aisha Bowe NASA rocket scientist, and civil rights advocate and astrophysicist Amanda Nguyen.
The historic flight is set to take place sometime in the Spring this year.
