The move has sparked national outrage. As reported by Bazaar Daily, Trump’s funding freeze and then the restraining order against it has a new development.

The Lowdown

Despite a federal judge blocking Trump’s order temporarily, several states are without access to Medicaid tonight. The shocking misstep has resulted in some 72m Americans being unable to access their healthcare. In two prime examples, money did not go to head start in Michigan or child block development services in Maryland.

According to the New York Times, problems first arose on Tuesday morning after states began noticing they couldn’t access the federal Medicaid system. The outage has affected all 50 states as of Tuesday.
