The Lowdown
Despite a federal judge blocking Trump’s order temporarily, several states are without access to Medicaid tonight. The shocking misstep has resulted in some 72m Americans being unable to access their healthcare. According to the New York Times, problems first arose on Tuesday morning after states began noticing they couldn’t access the federal Medicaid system. The outage has affected all 50 states as of Tuesday.
