Government officials in Kosovo are investigating this weekend on what they’re calling a ‘terrorist act.’ According to reports, an explosion near a water canal in the northern part of the country cut off power to the area.

Politico Europe reports that power has since been restored to the affected cities. Police have made a total of 8 arrests so far in connection to the attack.
