Vladamir Putin ‘s grip on Russia just got worse

In the form of legislation signed into law by both chambers of government meant to push the government’s idea that women should have children among other demands.

The Lowdown

According to the AP, Russia has signed new legislation into law further supressing ideals that don’t slign with the ruling government. The new law stems originally from a push by the Kremlin to further restrict international adoptions barring countries that allow gender affirming surgery.

It is the latest move by the Kremlin to push their propaganda and family values on Russian society. Russia recently has made a number of moves encouraging women to have more children also going as far as to outlaw content that encourages people to responsibly have children.
