New reports suggest that lower priced ‘tolls’ or ‘congestion pricing’ may not be quite dead yet. According to reports, Gov Kathy Hochul is ‘mulling’ a lower cost program but only after the election.

The Lowdown

Fox 5 reports that the new ‘plan’ would offer lower congestion pricing and exempt people like municipal workers. However, for most including critics the plan has been derided as yet another cash grab by Albany.
