The Duchess of Sussex ‘s half-sister is back in the headlines in a case of deja vu. According to reports, Samantha Markle is suing Meghan again for the same defamation claims she has already lost in the past.

According to reports, Samantha Markle is once again trying to go back to court to sue her half-sister Meghan Markle. The Independent notes that this is actually an appeal from the last rejection handed down by a judge in Florida who at the time noted she had not proven in any way that Markle has or had said anything defamatory about her.
“She has made it so Samantha cannot work, or even enjoy the most mundane of activities, like going to the grocery store without harassment,” court documents read according to the same report. It is a likely Samantha ‘s last and final appeal in a years long conquest to sue her sister over claims that Meghan once said ‘I grew up an only child.’
In the case of Samantha, it’s worth noting that the judge in the last case eventually determined that even though that may have hurt Markle’s statement had a ‘true gist.’
