US actress Gwyneth Paltrow has won her case involving claims by a medical professional that she ran into him during a 2016 ski trip leaving him in severe ailing health. According to reports, Paltrow won $1 as requested plus her legal fees which are likely to extend well into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. That man retired optometrist Terry Sanderson has been found 100 per cent responsible for the crash and that he caused her harm instead of the other way around.
The case stemmed from a crash at the Deer Valley resort in Park City Utah back in 2016. Sanderson at the time had sought upwards of $3.1m but amended his complaint later after a judge ruled not so fast. had claimed that Paltrow caused “brain injury, four broken ribs and other serious injuries.”
