Kari Lake is officially a loser once more. According to a ruling out of Arizona today, the Republican has lost her longshot lawsuit in which she had hoped would overturn her loss against Democratic rival Katie Hobbs. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson ultimately ruled that Lake had presented nothing more than speculation.
The AP reports. “The Court cannot accept speculation or conjecture in place of clear and convincing evidence,” wrote Thompson in his final ruling. The ruling essentially cements Hobbs win over Lake.
