GOPers are once again proving what people have known all along: abortion was never the end game. According to an interview by Ted Cruz, the often dishonest and outspoken Texas Senator revealed that he believes the law was wrong in making such a decision.
“So look, Obergefell, like Roe v. Wade, ignored two centuries of our nation’s history,” the Texas Republican said on his show, “Verdict with Ted Cruz” Saturday. “Marriage was always an issue that was left to the states.”
It is the latest effort by GOPers to roll back pretty basic rights expected by most adult Americans.
