What animal rights activists have long said is an inhumane practice that could soon be banned in California. According to a new bill in the state, the declawing practice could soon b outlawed simply because of how cruel it actually is to do that to a cat. The procedure often results in other health problems on top of the fact that doing such leaves cats defenseless. In most procedures, the cruel part is that it requires amputating bones.
