A not so unusual thing is happening in the UK and it should concern most people. According to new stats out this week, just weeks after lifting COVID restrictions infections are back on the rise. Government numbers place that cases are up 48% just last week alone since Boris Johnson took away most of the restrictions that were in place.
Covid-19 cases were up 48% in the UK last week compared with the week before. Hospitalizations were up 17% over the same period. Cases were also up 48% in the Netherlands and 20% in Germany over the past week, according to data from Johns Hopkins University
