This weekend in New York City homeless people in Manhattan appear to be the targets of a serial gunman. According to CBS New York, a lone gunman opened fire on two homeless men this weekend as they were sleeping on the streets of frigid New York City. Reports indicate that one died after being shot in the head at random while asleep and the other appears to be critical condition.
