It’s the Biden administration’s wet dream come true. According to reports and there are plenty of them this week, Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is poised to retire from the bench officially. Rumours of retirement have been around for a while, though, they’ve ramped over recent months as Democrats have sought to ensure Biden gets to make a pick while in office. Breyer during the duration of his time on the bench was among the more Liberal leaning allies of the court.
