In a blow to Republicans who usually block just about anything Joe Biden is planning an even larger move to get his agenda revived before the midterms next year. According to reports, Biden is understood to be planning major police reforms via EA next month. Biden is hoping that by doing so in February (Black History Month in America) that support among Black voters [which are critical to the existence of the Democratic party] will shoot back up to previous levels but remain at present lower than ever.
NBC News spoke to a number of sources who say that Biden plans to use EA Sto reinvigorate his dying agenda as means to go at it on his own. However, most of his actions likely will still be attempted to be challenged by Republicans and the GOP party.
