Rory Teasley, 28 best known online on apps like IG and Tik Tok for his creative and dance friendly videos has died. According to Michigan police, Teasley died after being strangled to death by his boyfriend over a fight over an alleged video game last week. According to reports, the initial 911 calls were placed on Thursday where Docquen Jovo Watkins, 31, told operators that Teasley was “sleeping” on the couch after the argument.
He was actually dead.
Police say that the estranged couple were playing a game called Overwatch in their home just outside of Detroit when the homicide took place. Social media posts and past videos indicate that the two had been together for nearly 10 years.
Watkins was initially booked on homicide and then arraiged on Friday on a second degree murder charge out in Michigan.
