New York City is the New City of wild crime. These days crime is so bad in the boroughs you are wildly afoul to walk around without a taser or some sort of pepper spray at minimum to protect yourself. According to Columbia University, a 30-year-old student was violently stabbed overnight last night in Morningside Heights as crime continues to soar in this once great city.

Columbia Prez Mr. Bollinger confirmed in an e-mail to students seen by one of our reporters who is also a Columbia student of his death.
“I write with great sorrow to share the tragic news that Davide Giri, a graduate student at the School of Engineering and Applied Science, was killed in a violent attack near campus on Thursday night,” Bollinger said.
A second man a 27-year-old tourist was found with severe stab wounds near Cathedral Parkway where he is expected to survive. Both were taken to St Luke ‘s but only Giri passed away.
