Considering he’s the second richest man on earth $500,000 seems pretty paltry compared to his wealth. Last night at the 10th annual Baby2Baby gala in Los Angeles, Bezos popped up with girlfriend Lauren Sanchez. Bezos didn’t immediately attempt to donate anything, however, did end up donating some $500,000. The donation of course is a great thing, however, as the world’s second richest man and someone who gains about $142,000 in wealth a minute — many were shocked he didn’t donate more.
Baby2Baby is a charitable org that provides clothes; food, and other essentials to children living in poverty.
Bezos charitable endevours pale in comparison to ex-wife Mackenzie Bezos who has donated more than $6B to charitable causes and HBCU’s across the United States and much of the modern world.
