UK approaching 100,000 daily COVID-19 cases sparking concerns among scientists: Reports

While case numbers are fluctuating in parts of Europe — mainland UK perhaps is otherwise experiencing a spike in COVID-19 cases that is barreling towards a record. According to the government — officials are now concerned that the UK is approaching 100k daily cases although the formal number may be much higher.
