American gospel legend Kelly Price sent the music world and social media into a tizzy this past week when reports seemingly appeared to confirm she was missing. Now a week later, the singer has not only surfaced but has managed to survive a deadly bout of COVID-19. According to TMZ, Price has since revealed that the reason she went missing is because she nearly died struggling to survive the virus in the hospital — which she quietly isolated after having been discharged.
It isn’t immediately clear if Price was actually vaccinated prior to getting the virus.
