Newly unearthed documents by TMZ show that billionaires Bill & Melinda Gates do not actively have a prenup. According to the US chat site, neither of the pair ever bothered to actually post up a prenup but rather a separation agreement. That agreement, however, was not actually included in the divorce filing initiated by Melinda Gates.
Gates cited that the marriage between herself and the Microsoft co-founder was doomed with no chance of return. The Gates fortune is believed to be worth well over $100B and is to be divided up among Melinda and Bill. The couple does not reportedly plan to make any serious changes to their business setup(s) or foundation structures.
