America is once again on its knees to the Coronavirus and this time it looks to be targeting Washington worse than before. According to reports, Senator Grassley, 87, has confirmed that he indeed has tested positive for the novel Coronavirus.
On Tuesday evening, he tweeted that he had tested positive, the AP reports. “I’ve tested positive for coronavirus,” Grassley wrote. “I’ll b following my doctors’ orders/CDC guidelines & continue to quarantine. I’m feeling good + will keep up on my work for the ppl of Iowa from home.”
The news came after an apparent exposure the virus and a number of close contacts.
