Jeffrey Marty, the former husband of actress and estranged Republican Stacey Dash has uh some interesting claims he’s got surfacing in court documents.

According to court docs that appeared online Wednesday, Marty actually left Dash not because she assaulted him but instead because she allegedly performed (“voodoo like trances that left me entranced enough to marry her.”)
Dash apparently denies the claims although we’ve learned isn’t trying to stop Marty ‘s long-coming quest for an annulment.
