Troublemaker Nick Gordon’s autopsy report is out. According to the report, Gordon reportedly died of an overdose of several substances. Medical examiners reportedly discovered traces of heroin among other substances in his system at the time of his death.
According to the same report, Gordon was found on the day of his death under extreme-cause-for-help as he was found in the midst of cardiac arrest.
