Double murder strikes Sussex, new details emerge

A 37-year-old man is now looking at a double murder charge this weekend after reportedly killing his teacher wife and their 76-year-old neighbour. According to police, the murders occurred in Crowley Down, West Sussex. Both bodies were. apparently left for dead in the street.

Here’s what we know so far:

The two killed have been identified as Amy Appleton and Sandy Seagraves.

It is thought the two were found dead in the middle of a Sussex street on 22 December shortly after 10 a.m. The killer? The police identify him as Daniel Appleton — Amy ‘s husband who they say may have gotten into a violent altercation before the murders occurred.
