World Health officials are out today with a new report that indicates that the Huanan Market in Wuhan has some serious explaining to do. According to briefings available to the media, the Huanan Market had been found to be selling *live* wolf-pops; foxes, crocodiles, porcupines, camel meat (and numerous other otherwise very much illegal animals.)
China has a strong history of consuming otherwise questionable forms of meat that they consider delicacies. Previously, the SARS outbreak that hit China so many years ago was largely linked to the consumption of civets.
Alike other outlets, this list appears on numerous Chinese websites available via their form of the internet. We were only able to verify the porcupines; foxes, wolf-pups, and the camel meat.
